  Very disappointing service and I didn't even set door in the store. Called to find out about tires and set up an appointment. Transferred to the tire desk and was in hold cue three times and then finally hung up. Really hard to be excited about service when I can't even talk to someone. I shouldn't have to make an extra trip into a store when a phone call would give me the information I need. Your loss. I am taking my service elsewhere.

  We were traveling from Wisconsin Dells to home in Indiana when our battery light came on. As we drove further we started to lose auxiliary functions of our van. I figured the alternator was going out. We pulled over in Loves Park IL and someone pointed over the field and recommended this store. We barely made it there on the battery we had left. Sure enough it was the alternator, it died just a few minutes after pulling in the parking lot and before they could pull it into the garage. They replaced the alternator and had us back on the road only losing an hour 17 minutes on our destination time. The guys were very helpful, respectful, and honest at the garage. Josh is who helped us but I'd like to think they are all this helpful. You guys were excellent.
